We ensure that the works meet the quality standards required in the time scales specificed and minimising any disruption to the customer's day to day activities. Each is individually risk assessed and managed by a Contracts Manager. Contracts are also performanced managed and customer feedback helps drive continuous improvement in all aspects of our service delivery from quality, safety, enviornmental and site set up.

We offer guidance on what innovative colours or paints are available for your painting projects. We work with all the leading paint and manufacturers, using popular branded products as shown on our 'Partners' page.

All works are cordoned off to ensure site safety and prevent accidental damage. We have the expertise, industry, knowledge and supply chain support to offer differing specifications for all types of life cycle planning from low cost options for regularly maintained commual areas to durable solutions for buildings which are only redecorated on an infrequent basis.

LDC have a team of experienced painters and decorators who have previously worked in surroundings such as banks, exclusive hotels and retail where they have perfected their application techniques.
